Well-Being Protocols

All attendees will be asked to participate in and abide by all safety protocols implemented onsite for NACHC events. We will continue to closely monitor all conditions related to ongoing public health crises between now and the start of the event and NACHC reserves the right to assure compliance with the state’s regulations. We will inform you of any such changes so you can properly plan for your attendance. By registering for and attending a NACHC event all participants agree to the following:

Personal Accountability Commitment

I will not attend the NACHC CHI – Community Health Conference & Expo if I have been recently exposed to an infectious disease or if I am feeling ill.

Statement of Personal Accountability for Registered Attendees, Exhibitors, Speakers and Guests

While attending the NACHC CHI I will take necessary precautions including, but limited to, adhering to the Well-Being Protocols, posted signs, placards and verbal requests, engaging in physical distancing as appropriate, wearing a mask, if I desire, and engaging in hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette. I will not attend any NACHC event if I feel ill or had recent exposure to an infectious disease.
