Session Description: A health center board plays a vital role in providing guidance and oversight to ensure the ongoing sustainability of the center so that it can continue to fulfill its mission. In this session, we will explore three key conversations that health center boards should have with the CEO and their management teams. This session will explore conversations around growth initiatives for increased access, related key financial performance strategy and performance indicators, and navigating the everchanging regulatory and compliance landscape. A Health Center board member will also be joining us to share best practices from their organization, offering valuable insight into effective governance strategies in action.
