Session Description: Strategic planning is a compliance area for Community Health Centers (CHCs), however it’s difficult to plan during a period of uncertainty. CHCs are operating in a rapidly shifting landscape where federal executive orders and legislative threats to Medicaid and Medicare pose significant financial and operational risks. Real time strategic planning is essential for CHCs to not only survive but thrive in times of change. This session will explore practical solutions to for dynamic strategic planning.
Participants will explore key principles of strategic agility, scenario planning, and data-driven decision-making to navigate unpredictability. Participants will explore scenario planning techniques to assess the potential impact of federal decisions on their organizations, as well as strategies to diversify revenue, optimize reimbursement, and improve cost management. Attendees will learn how to identify emerging challenges, leverage available resources, and engage stakeholders in a dynamic planning process.
