Roundtable Discussion: Dual FQHCs and CCBHCs – Successes, Challenges, and Lessons Learned (Invitation Only)

Knowledge Level: Advanced Prerequisite: A Federally Qualified Health Center or Look-a-Like with knowledge, experience, or actively working to become a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), aka a dual certified entity.
Session Description: Invitation Only, RSVP required. Nationally, there are approximately 60 dual Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs including Look-a-Likes) who are also Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics. With other Community Health Center organizations that are actively pursuing a CCBHC certification. When operating and maintaining both models, organizations must determine the scope of services, finances, workforce, and data sharing, among other administrative and clinical considerations, under one roof.
Join us for a dynamic and collaborative two-hour roundtable discussion designed specifically for FQHCs who are OR are actively seeking dual certification with the CCBHC program. This session will provide a unique opportunity for FQHC leaders to come together to:
Share valuable lessons learned from experiences integrating primary care and behavioral health in these two settings.
Discuss key challenges and opportunities related to dual certification under HRSA and SAMHSA and explore strategies for navigating these complexities.
Gain actionable insights on how to streamline operations, improve patient care, and strengthen your organization’s leadership in integrated care.
