CMJ1 - Peer-to-Peer Exchange on Creating a Learning Program for Health Center Fundraisers and Development Staff - P2P NETWORKING SESSION

In today's evolving healthcare landscape, securing sustainable funding is critical for health centers to expand services. Currently, several organizations exist to provide education and learning opportunities for fundraising staff, but tend to focus on hospital-based fundraising programs. As we know, health centers have unique needs and fundraising for health centers can take many directions. This interactive peer-to-peer exchange invites development professionals, C-Suite leaders, and board members of health centers to share with NACHC their thoughts on designing an effective learning program for health center fundraisers and development staff. Participants will engage in structured group discussions and real-time polling to identify needs, react to existing learning opportunities in the field, and share ideas around potential partners. This session is essential for health center leaders committed to fostering a culture of learning in their fundraising efforts.
